At PostNL, I work as a Solution Consultant, focusing on the
Meta channel, improving agentic AI and
conversational AI solutions. I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
to optimize customer interactions and drive intelligent automation across channels. I bridge
business needs and technology, leveraging data, AI, and user insights to
continuously enhance digital experiences.

Work
Since April 2026 at PostNL, I work as a Solution Consultant,
focusing on the Meta channel and improving agentic AI and
conversational AI. I design and optimize intelligent customer interactions across
channels, combining business needs with scalable AI-driven solutions.
Prior to this, I worked at Mediablue International as a
Product Owner, where I managed and optimized a digital moderation platform. I led
initiatives in automation, AI-driven tools, and
chatbot design, while using data and SQL analysis to improve workflows, reporting,
and platform performance.
Earlier in my career, I worked at Renewi, focusing on operational efficiency and
process optimization. This foundation continues to shape how I approach projects today, always
aiming to improve, simplify, and scale processes.
Across these roles, I bridge the gap between business and technology, translating complex ideas into
practical, scalable solutions. My focus is on making processes smarter, faster, and more effective
through data, automation, and intelligent systems.
